Delivery and Shipping
Reports and services are typically delivered in digital format via email as PDF, PowerPoint, or Excel files, depending on the license and purchase agreement. Digital deliverables are generally sent within 24 to 36 business hours’ post-payment confirmation.
If a client requests a printed hard copy, delivery timelines may extend to 5–7 business days depending on location and local courier formalities. Delays caused by third-party logistics or customs are beyond Vyansa Intelligence’s control.
Refund Policy
Due to the proprietary nature of the information provided, Vyansa Intelligence maintains a strict no refund policy after a report or service has been delivered.
Refunds shall not be granted under the following conditions:
- Non-use or partial use of a purchased product or report
- Unused months in an annual or subscription-based service
